1. Wash and cut up the apples. Add them to a large pot or Dutch oven.

2. Squeeze the lemon juice over the apples. Toss to coat with a wooden spoon.

3. Add juice, brown sugar substitute, and spices.

4. Stir with a wooden spoon to combine.
