I think it is better for Americans to not put on on extra pound, otherwise have to walk 10.5 billion miles (holy ***t), too much.

Great motivator and boy do I fall into tons of those categories. Taking the stairs instead of the elevator, that is one I am going to start doing okay maybe not all of them but its doable to get off 2 flights early and walk up.
