Honey Nut Glazed Brie
I had something very similiar to this at a friend's catered wine and cheese party. It was fabulous! However, I doubt they used I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread and probably cooked up their topping in butter. They also used diced apples instead of the walnuts, and while it was served with crackers, I preferred putting a large slice on my plate and eating it with a fork.
