Ingredients:   ● all-purpose flour (gluten-free or regular)  ● sugar ● baking powder ● baking soda ● salt ● raspberry yogurt ● canola oil ● egg ● raspberries (fresh or frozen)

Measure your ingredients carefully.

Stir together dry ingredients.

Beat together yogurt, oil & egg.

Mix until blended.

Stir yogurt mixture & raspberries into the dry mixture.

Don't over mix batter.

Spoon batter into prepared  muffin tins.

Bake raspberry muffins until nicely browned -  about 20 minutes.
