Sheet Pan Roasted Vegetables

Ingredients:  olive oil garlic powder asparagus carrots small red potatoes cauliflower  mushrooms bell peppers garlic cloves fresh thyme fresh parsley fresh chives salt and pepper

Spread prepared roasting vegetables in a single layer on a baking sheet.

Drizzle with olive oil & garlic powder. Add herbs, sliced garlic, salt & pepper.

Bake until sheet pan roasted vegetables  are tender.
