As one of their Featured Creators, the folks at Foodie.com asked me to put together a slide show of sorts of some of my best recipes of 2013. I have to say I made a lot of desserts this year, especially pie! And I’m glad to have kept even those gluten free and many other recipes dairy free. There were even a few nut free recipes where I used pine nuts (which are seeds) instead of other types of nuts.
Whatever your food sensitivity may be, or if you just want to eat healthy, delicious food without spending a lot of time in the kitchen, I hope I was able to meet your needs in 2013. Enjoy!
