Fall is my favorite time of the year. The days are getting cooler and the leaves are beginning to turn colors. Best of all, the cooking magazines are featuring delicious recipes for my favorite cooking holiday – Thanksgiving! This Mama Cooks! started out as place for me to post what I was planning to make for Thanksgiving since each year I always make something different. This year I’m thinking duck since the kids won’t eat turkey. (The duck will be just for me and Paul.) The kids have told me they want ham, which is fine by me. (Duck and ham – nice combination, don’t you think?) Whatever I decide to make, it can’t be too fussy, since I don’t have a lot of energy after my recent brain surgery. And my kitchen isn’t the most easy to cook in since I’m limited to two burners. So I’ll have to make a minimum of sides and desserts, too.
Do you have a kitchen that’s tough to cook in? Maybe a problem stove with a funky burner? A dishwasher that’s on the fritz? Or a refrigerator that could use some upgrading? Why not take advantage of KitchenAid® Savor the Savings Event at Sears? You’ll get up to a $1,000 prepaid MasterCard via mail when you purchase select KitchenAid® major appliances. (There are even a few wine cellar models on the list, which would make a great gift during the holidays!)
This savory deal couldn’t come at a better time – just before the holidays and all that cooking, cleaning up and entertaining! The offer is only valid until October 31, 2013, so get yourself over to Sears and check out the KitchenAid® Savor the Savings Event today!
