I love this cookbook! Tosca Reno's Eat Clean Cookbook is now a staple in my house. I love the beautiful colour photos of each recipe and have made probably between 15-20 recipes already. I loved the lemon & cinnamon sweet potatoes and made them for our Canadian Thanksgiving. I also love the sweet potato meatless patties, the tea & ginger soup, the spring fresh chicken soup, the Persian beef, the stacked vegetable lasagna, and the breakfast corn pudding (I could go on!)! I'm getting hungry again! Hope you review more of the recipes from the cookbook!
