I got an above stove microwave and a ceramic top electric range. I’ve never been one to cook with gas, and prefer electric. Still, I hated my old stove with the electric coil burners. I especially didn’t like how all the spills and burned junk would collect underneath the burners – never could get that part of the stove clean. So for me a ceramic top was the way to go.

I would go for electric stove! ceramis is a mess for sure.
I have electric. Like using gas, because of it is super easy to control the heat, but since my house has no gas lines, I would love to have a ceramic cook top!
I find gas really hard to control since I can never get it at “just a bit hot.” But what I’ve noticed with this range is how quick it heats up. I forget and have burnt a few things. The warmning section in the middle in the back is very handy, too – I’ll discuss it more in detail in my next review…soon!
