I’ve just completed the 6 months on Sensa, and have lost 35LB.
What do I do after this? Is there a program that Sensa has?
Doc, congrats on your weight loss. I have no idea if Sensa has a maintenance plan. It doesn’t seem so from their website. Is there a customer service number or email you can use to contact them?
