		<description>I love the polymeal concept and though I have not heard the term, I have used the concept.

Here is a reminder about nuts (and I&#039;m guessing this applies to seeds, too): per Dr. Oz, when we toast them, we ruin the nutritional value.

I can support turkey brining. My experience with it is that it makes for a jucier, more tender turkey. I have used the cooler method, because I tend to cook 20+ pound turkeys, and admit that it can be just a little messy getting the turkey out of the brine. But it is worth it. (And using a towel to get it out helps.)
