At the BlogHer conference last month, BOCA sponsored the morning yoga session. With my knee problems, I didn’t attend. Just can’t bend my right knee enough to partake in yoga these days. I LOVE Boca products (and soy milk). Those two items helped me to make the switch to vegetarianism. I’d wanted to for years, but with all the health problems, just didn’t know how to do it safely.

I havent eaten meat in 10 years now and Boca is one of the best “meat” substitute there is. It sure beats making your own all the time. LOL This is a great giveaway idea.

Started to eat morning star burgers instead because they have more variety like black bean. mmm or asian style great too. So its good to see boca coming out with new options maybe I might just try this with the help of someone. hehe.
