		<description>Somehow never seem to remember to drink the milk beforehand, the penny drops 2 minutes before reaching the restaurant. Then stressed out cause I had yet another senior moment (forgetting) and end up eating nothing more than a celery stick. One way to do it I suppose.

Another one would maybe be to watch what you drink - firstly because some alcoholic drinks have a lot of calories, and secondly because if you&#039;re drunk you&#039;re more likely to succumb to temptation. Unless you get too drunk to eat, of course. That&#039;s always an option.
