The food (in Australia) was good and quite tasty. And unlike the frozen diet meals from the supermarket it was reasonably filing and satisfying.

		<description>This was a great review!  I used to get the free WW newsletters and sub&#039;d to their print magazine for a year or so.  Even if you don&#039;t follow the &quot;points&quot; system they usually have great recipes that are just generally healthy.

		<description>You did an incredible piece on the comparisons. I have a few friends who are on the weight loss band wagon after the first of the year and it will be interesting to see what they report.

Two are doing weight watchers and then one is also doing a local &quot;biggest loser&quot; type of program.

Me, I am increasing my activity and watching what I eat. My problem is menopause and hypo-thyroid at the moment...at one time I was walking four miles a day, eating perfectly--and not seeing any benefits--other than the fitness.

If you have any tips on THAT type of challenge, let me know.
