Yep, no check in. Why?
One, I pulled my lower back and have been on pain meds that make me sick to my stomach unless I eat a couple of pieces of bread every few hours. It is multi-grain, however. The pulled back is making it impossible to exercise, too.
Two, when I went to the doctor, the scale showed me at 150 pounds and that was in the middle of the day with all my clothes on. Usually I weigh myself first thing in the morning naked. (Sorry, TMI – I know.) So I have lost weight…at least until I started eating all that bread.
Three, it’s LABOR DAY WEEKEND! Why are you home reading blogs anyway? Go hiking, take a bike ride, or go for a stroll at the local park. Me? I’m at a Colorado lake camping with family and friends…on pain meds. Yipeee.

Yeah, i’ts not been a stellar Labor Day weekend for me either so far. I pretty much spent all day yesterday drugged out on migraine meds.
