		<description>I have been eating under 1600 calories a day for almost eight months, and this egg white omelette is one of my favorite.

For a few additional calories, I usually add a little bit of tomato (for color and taste) and sometimes a little red bell pepper.

In addition, you can add a slice or two of deli roast beef (Whole Foods has a very low calories version) and get a really hardy meal out of it.

I also like gruyere cheese versus swiss. Just some suggestions that you may want to try out!
