This week’s goals for weight loss and exercise

J0300539FOOD: Stay on track with the Extreme Fat Smash Diet as prescribed on the Celebrity Fit Club website. That means advance planning, measuring portions, taking food with me, and so on.

EXERCISE: Still do at least 45 minutes of exercise on the stationary bike every day.

EXERCISE: Do arm weights while on the stationary bike at least every other day.

WELLNESS: See the orthopedic surgeon on Wednesday to get my MRI results.
