Just realized that I picked the regular and not the Extreme Fat Smash Diet. Much relief here! The Extreme diet looks so much easier than the regular one – less prep, not so many unusual foods and ingredients, and not as much cooking either (at least in the first week).
Now I’m wondering if I should return the whey powder to GNC. I’m sure they’ll take it back, but I can’t remember if there are more protein shakes in week 2 and 3.
Can’t look at the book, since my friend Merrie has it. I’ve got to call her anyway to see if she’s joining me on the Extreme Fat Smash next week or not.
