<description>I love this idea!!! I have three kids, born September 20, September 20 and September 9th - each two years apart, lol. No, it wasn&#039;t planned, it was complete chance - in fact we only planned to have two children in the first place.

ANYWAY - we have HUGE extended families, and three huge parties is to much, so they each have a small one with a few friends, and then one combined on with family. Each of our children are TOTALLY different so we always ended up making three different cakes so they can each have their own design. Even with 20+ people there, there is lots of leftover cake. Cupcakes with unique toppers would be not only simpler, but much more efficient!

<description>I make ladybug cupcakes for my kids all the time. You use vanilla frosting dipped in red sugar, a red vine down the center, three chocolate chips turned upside down on either side, two mini marshmallows for the eyes and put a dot of black on each of them. Vwah lah. Lady bugs. Pigs use all of the same stuff, but pink sugar.

<description>Actually, Elizabeth didn&#039;t choose them her mother did aka TW. But, they did work out well. Though some of us think they look like they&#039;re sitting in cat litter - which is a bonus for school cupcakes. ;-)

Thanks for the link.
