I forgot to mention the identity of the "sauce in squeeze bottles" in my post about the ice cream cakes. They’re Smucker’s PlateScrapers dessert topping.
I tried to the raspberry, caramel and chocolate versions. There is also a vanilla PlateScraper.
Compared to Smucker’s ice cream toppings, these are a good value (even when not on sale) and much easier – and less messy – to use.
The raspberry and caramel PlateScrapers were delicious and easy to squirt on the ice cream cakes. The chocolate version tasted a bit odd (maybe because it’s more on the bittersweet side and not sweet like Hersey’s syrup). Also, it wasn’t as easy to dispense since it was much thicker than the caramel or vanilla syrups. (Forget trying to squeeze it out of the bottle when you’ve had it stored in the refrigerator!)
Overall, for ease of use, price and taste, This Mama Cooks! highly recommends Smucker’s PlateScrapers as a delicious and convenient way to decorate everything from slices of cheesecake to bowls of ice cream.

Being an ice cream afficionado, I appreciate things like TOPPINGS! Woo hooo! I’ll have to try one of these! Thanks for the review.
Where did you buy it?? At the grocery store? I haven’t seen them at any of mine.
