Dan, I realize this is two years after the fact… but it says in the first step to mix the melted chocolate with the hot coffee. Hope that helps!

Ok…I have made this recipe several times…it’s always great…I always just drink the 1/4 cup of strong coffee, while mixing the rest of the ingredients… as I can’t find a version of this recipe that tells you what to do with it. Suggestions??

I’ve never prepared a mousse, but I’m willing to try! I think I’ll have to add the Kahlua, though, since my husband is not much of a chocolate-lover.
