I have taken cooking classes around the world (my favorites being in Thailand), and all the teachers have said the same thing &quot;All recipes have already been done. Any recipe can become a from scratch original by changing 3 ingredients&quot;. I always give credit where credit is due, but I hardly ever follow a recipe exactly unless I am baking. What about you? Sean calls me the MacGyver of the kitchen!
