This is what we had for dinner the other night. Big Bad Dad caught the big one and Monkey Boy the little one. They’re from Steamboat Lake and the flesh is pinker than salmon because the trout eat crawfish.
I cooked them with Old Bay spice, onions, lemon and lime juice and butter. They were goooooood.
